Your clients have HR exposure they don’t see
They employ enough people to carry the risk, but not enough to justify a dedicated HR function, so they do the best they can and call someone in once something has gone wrong.
Nooma is Australian-built HR software that gives those businesses the tools to protect themselves before that point. If you already advise them on tax, contracts, hiring or growth, our referral program lets you point them somewhere credible when the people question lands on your desk.
1
You see the payroll exposure first. Your clients ask you HR questions you would rather they asked someone qualified.
2
By the time a matter reaches you, the facts are already set. Nooma helps your clients get the basics right first, so the contracts exist, the process was followed and the file notes are there. Fewer avoidable problems, and the ones that do land come to you in better shape.
3
The best briefs come from clients who know what they are hiring for. Nooma helps them define the role, get the contract right and onboard properly, so you are working from clarity at the start and the placement holds at the end.
4
You are already being asked HR questions. Refer your clients to a tool built for it, so they get a proper answer and you stay inside your scope.
5
Nooma extends what one practitioner can do across multiple clients. Add clients as contained business units beneath your CHRO licence and do the work yourself, or put them on the platform and keep oversight from above. At five clients your licence is free. Below that you receive the partner discount on each client, to pass on or build into your fee. And if a client subscribes in their own right rather than sitting beneath you, approved partners earn referral commission instead.

"O-HR gets the call after things have gone wrong. Almost every time, there are operational gaps underneath the problem that nobody knew were there. They increase the risk and they increase the bill.
We do not expect business owners to know what they are missing, so we built Nooma to show them. A self-serve HR audit that surfaces their real gaps, tools built for their size of business, and AI that moves the whole process quickly so they can get back to what they do best.
The right foundations mean less exposure under the Fair Work Act and the legislation that sits around it. It also means that when they do need us, we are solving the real problem."

We read every application. If it looks like a fit, we will be in touch to arrange a walkthrough and take you through the agreement in the lead-up to go live.
Yes. Every workflow, template and legal reference is built around Australian employment law, Fair Work obligations, the National Employment Standards and modern award requirements. It was built here by Australian HR practitioners for Australian employers, not adapted from an international platform.
Read our trust and security commitments
Through a partner portal, which we are building ahead of launch. It shows your referrals and your payment history in one place. How attribution and payment work is set out in the partner agreement.
Australian businesses with employees, typically without a dedicated HR function. If your client is asking you HR questions you would rather they asked someone qualified, they are the right fit. See Nooma for business owners
Tell us when you apply. We will work out the right arrangement rather than have two relationships running past each other. Existing client relationships do not disqualify you. See our consulting services
Yes, for clients who join during the founding window. The founding rate and the partner discount stack, so your clients pay less because you introduced them. Exact figures are set out in the partner agreement. See Nooma pricing.
No. Most of our partners advise businesses on something adjacent to people risk rather than on HR itself. Accountants see the payroll exposure, lawyers see it once it has escalated, recruiters see it at the point of hire. You do not need to answer the HR question, you just need somewhere to send it.
No. You are making an introduction, not delivering a demonstration. We handle the product conversation from there. Before launch you are invited to a live walkthrough so you know exactly what you are pointing your clients toward, and you will have a partner portal with materials you can share directly.
Nothing. There is no fee to join and no minimum commitment to apply. You also receive a Nooma Business Owner subscription at no cost, so you can use the platform yourself before introducing it to anyone.
We are taking expressions of interest ahead of launch. Applications are reviewed as they come in, and we will be in touch with the partners we would like to work with in the lead-up to go live, planned for this year. Applying now puts you in the first group we contact.
Yes. You'll need a valid Australian ABN to receive payments. If your business structure means you need to issue invoices, we'll send you a payment breakdown by the 10th of each month so you can invoice us by the 12th for payment on the 15th. Most partners find it simpler to receive payments without invoicing. We'll send a payment statement either way.
Not at launch. We're building the network openly. Volume-based tiers may be introduced post-launch with appropriate notice to existing partners.
