The fine print, up front
The documents that set out how we work with you, what you can expect from us, and what we ask in return.
We have kept them as readable as legal documents allow. If anything is unclear, ask us. We would rather answer a question than have you agree to something you have not understood.

HOW WE HANDLE YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
How we collect, hold, use, and disclose personal information, across this website and the Nooma platform. Written to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. It covers what we collect, why, where it is stored, and your rights, including how to access or correct your information and how to make a complaint.

Website Terms
The terms that apply when you browse this website. Use of content, intellectual property, third-party links, and the limits of general information. Visiting the site means these apply to you, so they are worth two minutes.
Website Terms.
If you subscribe to Nooma, the Terms of Service is your agreement with us. If you're browsing this website, the Website Terms apply. The Privacy Policy covers everyone we collect personal information from, subscribers and visitors alike.
Yes. Each document shows its effective date, and we notify subscribers of material changes before they take effect. We don't change terms quietly and rely on you noticing.
Optimise-HR Pty Ltd, trading as O-HR, an Australian company based in Melbourne. Nooma is our platform, not a separate entity.
All data is stored in Australia. Nooma is built to SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 42001 standards. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your data is yours.
The Privacy Policy sets out the process. The short version: email us, we verify it's you, and we respond within the timeframes the Privacy Act requires. The same applies if you want to make a privacy complaint.
Everything is published here in full, nothing is behind a request form. If your procurement or legal team needs anything further, contact us and we'll work with them directly.
The Terms of Service covers your rights and ours. How AI is actually deployed, bounded, and governed lives in our AI Transparency Statement on the Trust and Security page.
Yes. The Terms of Service applies across what we do, including consulting and advisory work. Each consulting engagement is also governed by its own services agreement, which sets out the scope, fees, and terms specific to that work. Where the two say different things, your services agreement prevails.
Information your employer or their organisation enters into Nooma is collected and controlled by them, so your request belongs with them in the first instance, and we will help them respond to it. If we hold information about you in our own right, for example because you also hold a Nooma account or have dealt with us directly, you can ask us for it under our Privacy Policy.
