Our clients often need someone yesterday. If you're an experienced HR practitioner open to consulting assignments, whether temporary, project-based or ongoing, add your details to the talent pool. We'll be in touch when opportunities match your experience and availability.

Our non-negotiables to join the talent pool:

  • You live in Australia with the right to work here
  • You have deep expertise in the national workplace relations system, including the Fair Work Act and related federal legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreements, and the relevant tribunals
  • You have genuine availability during the standard working week, Monday to Friday, even if that's only a few hours or days at a time. This isn't suitable if you're already in a full-time role.
